New England House fire safety report

As part of the planned work to refurbish New England House a fire risks were identified that needed immediate action to ensure the safety of occupants.

The council commissioned a fire engineer’s report from Firenta to provide a comprehensive and detailed view of fire safety in building.

The report brings together all of the information into one place and analyses what would happen in detail should a fire break out in one of the business units.

It provides a clear explanation of the fire safety issues, detailing their implications and how they pose a risk to life safety.
