What's next
The project has made great progress. Plus-X Hub has been open since 2021 and student rooms have been occupied. A new footbridge across Lewes Road opened in 2022 improving pedestrian safety and connectivity between the 2 sites.
The whole development is due to completed in 2023 with all homes occupied and the new medical centre open.
