Time plan
The Planning application was submitted in February 2025 and is currently under consideration.
Planning has some time to:
- consider the application with all of the supporting documents, surveys and background studies
- consult with residents and other statutory consultees as part of the formal application process
The decision on the application is expected in the summer of 2025.
If approved, we'll go ahead and procure a main contractor to build the new homes.
We expect to be able to appoint a contractor in the autumn of 2025.
The contractor will have some time to complete their design work and mobilise on-site, including preparing and securing the site.
The earliest anticipated start on site is summer 2026 and the date for completion is spring 2028.
