The planning application for 36 new homes and community space was submitted at the end of February 2025 and is under consideration.

You can view the details and comment on the application on the Planning portal using the application reference BH2025/00532, or search by address. 

The formal Planning consultation period runs from 20 March 2025 through to 10 April 2025.

Planning will consult with residents by:

  • putting up site notices
  • advertising in the local press
  • writing to neighbours
  • liaising with other statutory bodies

The earliest anticipated decision date is June 2025.
