A petition asks the council to change or take action on something.

If you agree with what a petition asks us to do, you can sign it to show your support.

Present your petition at a meeting
People can sign your petition for a set period of time. After this time, if you have more than 1,250 signatures you can present it at a council meeting for discussion.
