If you agree with what a petition asks us to do, you can sign it to show your support.
Petitions can be about anything the council has the power to change.
You can collect signatures online, on paper or a mixture of both.
You can start your own petition.
People can sign your petition for a set period of time. After this time, if you have more than 1,250 signatures you can present it at a council meeting for discussion.
