If you can't vote in person and the deadline for submitting a proxy application has passed, you may be able to apply for an emergency proxy.

Emergency proxy applications can be made to us up to 5pm on polling day by:
- post, or in person, to the Electoral Services office, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, BN3 3BQ
