Wutan Brighton
Kung Fu is an ideal way to exercise, combining aerobic workouts with stretching exercises designed to keep the body lithe and supple. Balance and co-ordination improve through the practice of two-person drills and single person forms, which are designed to teach efficient use of the body.
Training in Kung Fu helps to increase confidence, while placing an emphasis on personal discipline and self-control.
Traditional Kung Fu is most suited to the younger more energetic martial arts enthusiast. Our kung fu training draws from both southern and northern fighting styles

Yoga with Fiona Tasker
My approach to teaching is inclusive, light-hearted, down-to-earth and mindful. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, listening deeply to what is right for your body in each moment, and there is no competition. Although my approach is gentle, I will challenge you with some dynamic movement too so that you leave the class feeling well-stretched, energised and at the same time deeply relaxed and peaceful.
I am keen to make yoga accessible and can offer adjustments for most health conditions. Beginners are welcome.

Z-energy
Zumba is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout.
Zumba classes blend upbeat rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, which provide effective, total-body exercise. The best thing is that you don’t even feel like you are exercising. You don’t need to be a dancer to be able to participate in this class either. The whole one hour feels like one big PARTY and you can burn anything between 400-800 calories in one go.
Zumba is for everyone regardless of an age, sex or ability. You can get as little or as much out of the class as you want.
So DON’T wait any longer, COME JOIN THE PARTY!
Zumba with Joanna Heal

Every class genuinely feels like a party!
