Timeline of work

We’ll share progress reports on this page as we move forward with the project.

  • September 2025 – Site fencing in place to keep site safe.
  • October - November 2025 – Access improvements made to footway paths and crossing.
  • November 2025 to January 2026 – Preparation for soft landscaping, including moving palms.
  • January to March 2026 – Soft landscaping work carried out to reshape the flower beds.
  • March 2026 – Planting new flower beds.
  • April to May 2026 – fencing remains in place so the plants until plants and lawn are established.
  • May 2026 – Public consultation on the future of the Floral Clock feature.
