Welcome back to our libraries!

Most of the city’s libraries reopen again from Wednesday 2 December with Covid safety measures in place. We’ll also be extending our popular ‘Order & Collect’ service to community libraries from 7 December.

Batteries that aren't discarded properly can explode, cause fires and endanger people's lives. They should be taken to one of our recycling centres or a local supermarket.

An update on the council’s budget for next year will go to the council’s Policy & Resources committee on Thursday 3 December. The final budget decisions are made at Budget Council in February 2021.
