About the Let's Get Moving sessions
Who they are for
These sessions are for anyone who wants to get and stay active.
They are suitable for children and young people of all ages and abilities.
They are a great stepping stone to help your child get active and gain confidence, in a safe and fun environment.
How you can join
Most face-to-face sessions are drop in so you're welcome to just turn up.
For courses that are advertised as booking-only, contact the team directly.
What to expect when you arrive
When you arrive at the venue you will be welcomed by our friendly Active for Life team member. If it's your first visit you will be asked to complete a registration form before taking part.
Arrive 10 minutes before the start to give yourself plenty of time to register.
What you should wear and bring with you
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and trainers. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water to drink when you need it.
