Support for young people
Support for young people struggling with alcohol and substance use.
It can be really hard if you're worried about your parents drinking, or think they might have a problem with alcohol. You may find that you:
- want to hide it and not want anyone to know.
- are scared and worried about what is going to happen to you or your parent.
- are angry about what is happening, or confused if you can't understand why your parent is drinking like this.
- worry that it's your fault, but it's really important you know that this is not the case.
We want you to know that you're not on your own and there is support available.
