Free swimming
Brighton & Hove City Council funds free swimming in the city for all children and young people aged 18 and under.
Where children can swim
Children can swim for free at:
King Alfred Leisure Centre
Prince Regent Swimming Complex
St Luke's Community Swimming Pool
Saltdean Lido (between May and August)
Supervision at swimming pools
Children under 8 years old must be supervised by a parent or adult (18 years or over) throughout their use of the pool facilities. There's a maximum of 2 children to 1 supervising adult.
The adults supervising must accompany the children in the water.
