Paddling pools

Paddling pools 2026

The following paddling pools and water features are managed by Freedom Leisure and will open to the public on Saturday 2 May 2026:

• Saunders Park
• The Level water feature
• Hove Lagoon 

The paddling pool season will close on Sunday 13 September 2026.

Kings Road paddling pool

Brighton & Hove City Council have a major project planned for 2026, strengthening the seafront for the next century. Therefore, Kings Road paddling pool will be closed for the 2026 season.

Peter Pan play area

Peter Pan’s play area is open for children to enjoy. The interactive water features are no longer in use as they don’t meet today’s water quality standards.
