You can use the tables below to find the fees for your ceremony.
Fees apply to ceremonies from 1 April to 31 March of the following year.
A non-refundable booking fee of £175 is included in all ceremony fees listed below. For ceremonies after 1 April 2028, this increases to £200.
If you cancel your booking with more than 4 weeks' notice, we'll refund your ceremony fee, minus the non-refundable booking fee.
If you cancel with less than 4 weeks' notice, you will not get a refund
Brighton Town Hall
All Town Hall fees include:
- your ceremony room of choice
- your registrars
- 2 statutory certificates (posted to you after the ceremony)
- a unique Brighton & Hove celebratory certificate, which is presented at your ceremony

The Bijou Ceremony is a basic ceremony in a shorter time slot, offered at a reduced rate. It is only available in the Floral Room on Wednesdays, 10am and 10:30am. Due to the limited time available, music, readings, or additional vows cannot be included.
Standard slots in The Floral Room can be booked at all other times as part of the Regency Suite.
Regency Suite fees apply to the Regency Room, Fitzherbert Room and the Floral Room. Ceremonies are on the hour.
