Timeline

The planning application was submitted in April 2022. To see the details and comment on the application, visit the online planning register and search for planning application number BH2022/01063.

As a large development, the proposals are split into 2 phases. Phase 1 includes the community hub.

Planning was agreed at the Planning Committee on 11 January 2023.

Wates Residential were appointed in January 2025 as the main contractor to take forward the development. Demolition work began on site in spring 2025, with construction work due to begin in autumn 2025.
