'Meet the contractor' event - Monday 30 June 2025
Wates Residential were appointed as the contractor to build the Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub project in January 2025. Clearance work on the site has begun, and the construction work is due to begin in September.
We are holding a ‘meet the contractor’ drop-in session from 4pm to 6pm on Monday 30 June at the 67 Centre on Hodshrove Lane to give Moulsecoomb residents the opportunity to meet the main contractor, find out more about the programme of work, and ask any questions.
Planning was agreed at the Planning Committee on 11 January 2023.
