What happens after your interview
This guidance will help you understand what happens after you have had an interview.
How we will contact you
We will contact you by email or phone to let you know if we're going to offer you the job. We can also give you feedback if you don't get the job.
If you are offered a job
If you're successful, our Human Resources team will send you a conditional offer of employment. We'll confirm this offer after the pre-employment checks are complete.
The checks include:
- your right to work in the UK
- 2 satisfactory references
- an appropriate health declaration
- a satisfactory DBS record check, if your role needs this
- proof of qualifications and professional registrations, if your role needs this
The checks can take from 2 to 6 weeks to complete. Your start date will depend on how long the checks take and the length of your notice period.
Your recruiting manager will confirm the start date with you and make arrangements for your first day.
