To request a refund for a Business Parking Permit you need to download and complete our refund request form.

You will need to return both the: 

• physical original parking permit you're requesting a refund for; and
• completed refund form

If you no longer have your parking permit

In most cases, we need to see your parking permit to approve a refund.

If you have lost your parking permit, we cannot approve your application for a refund or change of vehicle. You must apply for a new permit.

If you have sold your vehicle and left your parking permit in it, you should contact the buyer and retrieve the permit.

If you have scrapped your vehicle with your permit in it, we may accept your Certificate of Destruction issued by the DVLA.
