Brighton & Hove’s Age and Dementia Friendly 5-Step Pledge will help support your organisation to make simple changes that will make a big difference to your customers and employees.

To complete the form:

• submit your organisation’s contact details
• under each of the 5 pledge steps, select the actions you’re already doing and/or which you will work to achieve over the next year

The form will take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

When we’ve processed your application, we’ll give you a window sticker and add you to the list of Age and Dementia Friendly businesses.
