You need to provide:

details of the group or organisation
the area or areas the activities will address - the project must offer positive activities for young people, using traditional youth work approaches for young people aged between 11 to 19 (up to 25 if they have special educational needs
details about the project
a breakdown of how the grant money will be spent
details of the young people representing the project including the 3 young people involved in writing the bid
which Lead Youth Grant provider you want to work with

You must answer all of the questions.

You can use other formats to provide information, such as video clips, or a combination of both. You can upload these at the end of the form
