The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) makes the decision to rate a property for non-domestic rates, not the council.

From 1 April 2023 complete the self-catering holiday homes form of return and return it to the VOA if you have a self-catering or holiday let property.

You must continue to pay Council Tax until the VOA removes your property from the Council Tax valuation list.

We'll refund any overpaid Council Tax when the property is removed from the list.
