Business and IP Centre Brighton & Hove
Jubilee Library is home to the Business & IP Centre (BIPC) Sussex, which is part of the British Library Business & IP Centre National Network.

From 1 April 2024, the Growth Hub (previously provided by Coast to Capital LEP) will join forces with the BIPC to strengthen the range of support and advice available to any business in Brighton & Hove.
The Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce is a thriving network of local businesses, ranging from start-ups to international businesses, with a diverse membership base.
The Chamber runs a regular programme of events and promotes a range of business support activities.
UK government business support, departments and offices
The Business Support Service(formerly the Business Support Helpline) is a free, virtual, multi-channel advice and guidance service, operating across England. They form a key element of the UK Government’s business support provision and work on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade (DBT).
They help all businesses, from those thinking about starting a business to those already established and trading. A dedicated team of advisers can signpost you to information on national and local schemes, grants and loans to help businesses start and grow.
The Business Support Service is delivered and supported by UMi on behalf of the DBT.
