• Extended: 1988 and 2010
• Area: 128 Hectares / 316.29 Acres

Please note that Stanmer Conservation Area falls wholly within the South Downs National Park.  As such, the South Downs National Park Authority is the local planning authority for the area.  Further information on applications for listed building consent and planning permission, including pre-application advice and enforcement issues, should be sought from that authority.
