Neighbourhood planning for your area
The following groups are already working on neighbourhood planning in the city, and you can get involved by contacting them.
There are 3 neighbourhood areas in the city with ‘Made’ Neighbourhood Plans that have been examined, been through a referendum and adopted by the city council, these are:
There are a further 4 neighbourhood areas designated in Brighton & Hove:
- Hangleton & Knoll area has a designated neighbourhood area and neighbourhood forum
- Coldean has a designated neighbourhood area and neighbourhood forum
- West Saltdean has a designated neighbourhood area and neighbourhood forum
- Hove Park area has a designated neighbourhood area. The neighbourhood forum designation has now lapsed.
