Free personal searches

Please email LandChargeSearches@brighton-hove.gov.uk with the address and an up to date OS plan.

Each address requires its own separate email request. We will send you your results via email. 

You can also submit an LLC1 form request via our email service.

For us to do an LLC1 search for you, send an email to landchargesearches@brighton-hove.gov.uk.

In the email, you should include:

  • the address of the property
  • the site location plan

We'll normally get back to you by email in 1 to 3 working days.

Payment for paid LLC1 searches

An LLC1 costs £66.88.

Payment is by account, or you can pay for an LLC1 search by credit card.

Local land charge search email service

Companies can send an email to landchargesearches@brighton-hove.gov.uk to sign up for our local land charge search email service. We'll invoice you monthly.
