Use this form to tell us about a building or structure (or part of it) that could be a danger to people.
You'll need to tell us:
- your address and contact details
- the exact address or location of the problem
- the nature of your concern
You can also tell us any other information that you feel may be helpful.
This form is only intended for use in relation to structures that are considered defective that “may” constitute a danger. It is not intended to deal with structures that pose an immediate danger to people in or around a building. In these circumstances you should ring our contact number on 01273 292050 so that a more immediate response can be actioned by the team.
Do not use this form to report a dangerous gravestone, or monument in a graveyard. You must report these in a different way.
