How will the proposals impact on the significance of the heritage assets?

This information will allow the Planning Team to understand what elements of the heritage asset and its significance would be impacted by the development proposals.  It should therefore give a description of the works proposed and how this impacts on the heritage asset.  This should include information such as whether the works involve demolition of historic fabric, excavation (for example foundations for a new extension) and/or whether they impact on room proportions or the plan form of a listed building. 

Where below ground disturbance is required (for example for foundations for a new extension) and the site is considered to have the potential for below ground archaeological interest, details should be provided on the size/depth of foundations, level of ground reduction and/or proposed service connections.
