The Council is the data controller for purposes of the Data Protection Act (2018) and The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and is registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

For the council to consult on the construction of new housing in the city we must collect and process personal data.

How long we hold your data (Retention)
We'll hold your data for the duration of the project (18 months after completion of the new homes or project closedown if it does not proceed to construction stage).
Transferring data outside the European Economic Area
Your information is not processed outside of the European Economic Area.
