We are collecting your data for the purpose of responding to any complaint or query in relation to housing adaptations. Your contact details will be used for communication purposes.
We have a legal obligation to process data, specifically working within the Care Act 2014 and Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
We process special category data as it is necessary for the provision of health and social care.
Who we will share your data with
Your data may be shared externally with Mears Home Improvement Agency if you have employed them, which would mean your data may also be shared with the selected Framework Contractor.
How long we will hold your data (retention)
We will hold your data for seven years from close of case.
Transferring data outside the European Economic Area
Your information is not processed outside the European Economic Area.
