Purposes and lawful basis of processing
We are collecting your data for the purpose of transferring the designated premises supervisor into another individual’s name.
We have a legal obligation to process your personal information, specifically working within the Licensing Act 2003.
Who we will share your data with
Your data may be shared internally with Democratic Services, Legal Services and councillors. We may also share your data externally with the police, Home Office and other local authorities.
How long we will hold your data (retention)
Your data will be held for the length of time you are named as the designated premised supervisor, plus 6 years.
Transferring data outside the European Economic Area
Your information is not processed outside of the European Economic Area.

Under GDPR you have certain rights concerning your information.
We aim to resolve all complaints about how we handle personal information. You also have the right to make a complaint about data protection to the Information Commissioner's Office.
